Kathleen E. Walls, Psy.D.

Business Development
A clinical and systems change psychologist, Dr. Kathleen Walls delivers leadership
development seminars, assessments, strategic direction, meeting facilitation, and executive
coaching nationwide to a wide range of civic, educational, healthcare, and business
enterprises. Dr. Walls graduated from Temple University and earned her M.S. and Psy.D.
degrees from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Walls has enjoyed a triad psychologist career–as college professor, psychotherapist, and
strategic advisor to leaders and organizations on their people, process, and performance
challenges. She lectures, consults, coaches, delivers interactive seminars and motivational
speeches on self- and systems-mastery. She is a passionate practitioner and learner: Dr.
Walls embraces and facilitates cross-cultural exchange, integrates spiritual and holistic
healing paradigms into her leadership development practice, and mentors young rising
professionals.

J Otis Smith has 35+ years as a leadership and management consultant –advising, training,
and coaching Fortune 500 companies and full-service law firms on leadership, performance
excellence, and diversity. Dr. Smith graduated from Oberlin College and completed doctoral
work in counseling psychology at Temple University. He is a national expert on leadership
and organizational development, human motivation, group dynamics, diversity
competencies, multicultural counseling, team synergy, and conflict resolution. Dr. Smith has
been a Vice President and tenured Professor of psychology at Cheyney University in
Pennsylvania.
Dr. Smith has developed a number of interactive consultant approaches to increasing client
awareness of diversity’s performance impact and how to respond skillfully to destructive
assumptions and "isms" throughout personal and professional transactions. In small and
large group settings, his approach has been to increase perspective, perceptiveness, and
proficiencies; so that clients may lead change and make productive, sustainable differences
in the environments in which they function.
Dr. Smith is married, the father of 3 adult children and grandfather to two granddaughters.
His leisure interests include cross-cultural travel, Spanish, swimming, and mentoring.

Mildred Howle–specialist in leadership, culture change, and diversity–is an organizational development consultant and trainer. Millie advises private and public sector leaders on best practices for building organizational, group, and individual effectiveness. Prior to joining TAGA, Millie’s people and process work developed through 12 years of South Carolina public education teaching and 10 years of AT&T human resources management.
Ms. Howle graduated with honors from the College of Charleston (South Carolina), holds a U. of South Carolina (USC) Masters in Education degree, and has served as a USC education professor. Millie is married and the mother of two adult daughters, and grandmother of two grandsons. Her leisure interests include gardening and gourmet cooking.
